ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- A Rockford man attacked while promoting a local game store,
in a Mario-mascot costume, is now back to work, dancing alongside one of the city's busiest streets.
Many consider Angel Galvan a very brave man, he's returned to his video game character
mask tonight for passing cars. You may remember Galvan was attacked by two men this weekend outside the
TNT Game Store on Perryville Road, and suffered minor injuries.
Galvan says he won't let this incident stop him from doing his job.
"I'm a little nervous, but, I don't know, I'm mainly nervous. I know I'm going to be a little more cautious
when I'm out there, you know? And I just hope for the best. That's all I can say," said Angel Galvan.
Police say they have no suspects at the moment for who assaulted Galvan. Galvan says he
will be out dancing as Mario until about seven tonight.
